He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Minch and Rowena Minch (Murphy). He is survived by : his children, Dustin and Kiaya (Nate); and his siblings, Faye Harvey, David Burnham, Roger Burnham, Chris Smith and Logan Harvey.
