We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2022, at the age of 90, Ford Malcolm Alward (Woodstock, New Brunswick) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ford Malcolm Alward to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy Alward and Ella Alward (Keith); his wife Jean; his sister Elsie; and his siblings-in-law, Donna and Bev.

He is survived by : his children, David (Rhonda), Mark (Brenda), Stephen (Janette), Paul (June) and Rebecca (Jeff); his great grandchild Rowan; his brothers, Arnold (Janice) and Walter (Connie); and his siblings-in-law, Marilyn (Eldon), Grace, Paul and Reg. He is also survived by his many cousins and friends.

The family would like to thank all the team at Carleton Manor for the wonderful care Dad received over the past seven years and especially throughout this most difficult time during the pandemic.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Green Hill Lake Camp, the Woodstock Baptist Church Building Fund, or the Carleton Manor Foundation.

“Praying strength and comfort from God on the loss of Ford! Ford would always ask me how my Mom and Dad were every time I see him. Now they are all together with the Lord! The 4 of them spent a lot of time together at the Baptist Church. I remember how well he looked after Jean! God bless you all!”
