The passing of Lorna Elizabeth McCain of Woodstock, New Brunswick leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on January 2, 2026 at the age of 74. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Violet Mitchell (Mollison) and Angus Mitchell; her husband Richard McCain; and her stepson Gregory. She is survived by: her siblings, Lloyd Mitchell (Lynda) and Lois Long; her children, Andrew (Krista) and Bethany Cousins (Scott); her stepchildren, Brenda (Gail) and Geoffrey (Denise); her grandchildren, Jordan (Tara), Emily Elliott (Alex), Mikayla, Owen, Evan Cousins, Aaron and Jackson McCain; and her siblings-in-law, Robert McCain (Nancy), Janet Perrigo (Bob) and Claudette McCain. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and a multitude of dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Woodstock Baptist Church (785 Main St, Woodstock, NB E7M0G6). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 21st 2026 at 11:15 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Camp Shiktehawk or the ALS Society. Donations can be made through the Funeral Home or at the Church on the Day of the Service.
