She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Black and Helena Black; her siblings, Glen, Harrison, Ronald Black, Evelyn Lewis and Velma Kidney; and her son-in-law Harold DeLong.

She is survived by: her children, Juanita DeLong and Thomas Strong (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Wade, Ryan, Justin DeLong (Heather) and Kelly Brown (Ben); and her great grandchildren, Jordan, Alexandra, Hunter, Skylar, Cale and Ryen.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Potato World Museum, Bloomfield Cemetery, Parkinson Society, and Multiple Sclerosis Society.
