He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Dennis Sr. and Mattie Bright (Hatfield); his sisters, Lillian, Lois, Myrna, Rae, Myrtle, Lealda and Shirley; and his sons, Richard and Barry.

He is survived by : his wife Lorraine; his children, Kimberly, Karna, Charles, Dale and Craig; his brother Paul; and his children, Wanda, Carole, Beverley and Daniel. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Dennis, the family has suggested Canadian Cancer Society or Diabetes Canada.
