He was predeceased by: his parents, Dora Genge and Emanuel Sr. Genge; his in-laws, Ronald and Dulcie Genge; his brothers, Steward Genge (Dorcas), Montrose Genge (Una) and Emanuel Jr.; and his brothers-in-law, Jacob Caines, Clifton Moores and Donald Way.
He is survived by: his brother Mann; his wife Bertha; his children, Dane (Jadean) and Benay (Troy); his grandchildren, Ryan, Lexie, Eric, Kate and Luke; his siblings, Abe (Jane), Marvin (Louise), Brone (Bill), Troy (Connie), Beulah and Millicent; his nephews, Andy and Andrew; and his sisters-in-law, Fiona, Linda and Hilda (Eddie).
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. Matthew's Anglican Church (6 Loop Rd, Anchor Point, NL A0K1A0).
