He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Silvey and Mary Josephine Silvey; his siblings, Micheal Silvey (Mary), Thomas Silvey and Arthur Silvey (Margaret "Rose"); and his siblings-in-law, John Hull and Charlie Bourque.
He is survived by : his children, Trevor Silvey (Robyn) and Jenna Rasmussen (Garth); his grandchildren, Alex Silvey, Charlotte Silvey, Kaya Rasmussen and Disa Rasmussen; and his siblings, Mary Ann Daigneault (Jacques), Augustine Silvey (Geraldine), Mary Frances "Dolly" Silvey, Madeline Hull, Margaret Tobin (Ron), Edward Silvey and Sharon Mills (Tyrone). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
A rosary was held on Sunday, September 10th 2023 at 6:30 PM at the St. Theresa's Roman Catholic Church. A wake was held on Sunday, September 10th 2023 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A mass of christian burial was held on Monday, September 11th 2023 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
