He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Alice; his children, Jaret Plowman, Marina Plowman (Jason Newcombe) and Tamara Plowman (Alex O'Keefe); his grandchildren, Madison, Chase, Ryder, Cruz and Grace; his parents, Veronica Plowman (Von) and Francis Plowman; his siblings, Sybil Caines (Whyman), Cecila Plowman (Stanley), Mary Tucker (Noah), Harrison Plowman (Brenda), Louise Applin, Frank Plowman (Hazel), John Plowman (Shirley), Wanda Baines (Max), Tony Plowman (Vina) and Todd Plowman (Trish); his brothers-in-law, Romeo Myers (Lucy), Martin Myers, Roy Myers, Morris Myers, Brent Myers (Vivian) and Jamie Myers; and his nephew Josh Myers. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
