He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Matthews and Clive Matthews; his grandparents, Harold, Daisy Matthews, Edward and Flora Noseworthy; his aunts and uncles, Mabel (John Wells), Gertrude (Lionel Cameron), Marjorie (Robert Elliott), Nina (Roy Bartlett), Robert Noseworthy (Sarah), Carl Noseworthy (Jesse), Charles Noseworthy, Franklin Noseworthy and Ralph Matthews (Mabel); and his cousins, Marjorie, George, Alan, Donald, Enos and Matthew.
He is survived by: his brother Stephen Matthews (Beverly); his nephews, Austin (Emma), Adam (Kiara) and Andrew Matthews (Adrianna); his niece Stephanie Matthews; his aunts, Diane (Keith Coombs) and Lois Noseworthy; and his uncle Roy Bartlett. He is also survived by cousins, extended family, and friends.
