Augustine Lawrence Obituary

We bid farewell to Augustine Lawrence of Bay l'Argent, Newfoundland, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 23, 2024 at the age of 91. Augustine touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfreda Lawrence and Garfield Lawrence; his brother Garfield Lawrence; and his siblings-in-law, Blanche Hawes, Alva, Lillian, Dorothy Banfield, Donald Hawes, Fred and Donald Banfield.

He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Garfield (Heather) of St. Philips and Beverley Barrett (Craig) of Mount Peart; his grandsons, Robert Barrett (Elizabeth), Richard Barrett, Joshua Lawrence (Brittany) and Jonathan Lawrence (Erica); his great grandchild Madison Lawrence; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley, Esther, Georgina Banfield, Lloyd, Henry and Frank Banfield.
