We are sad to announce that on April 22, 2023, at the age of 76, Meenaxi S. Acharya of Bay l'Argent, Newfoundland passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Meenaxi S. Acharya to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Hariprasad Dwivedi and Indira Dwivedi; her parents-in-law, Deviprasad Acharya and Dayagauri Acharya; and her brother-in-law Chandrakant Acharya.

She is survived by: her husband Dr. Surendra Acharya; her sons, Dr. Sujeet (Shamita) and Amar; her grandsons, Navir and Nayav; and her siblings-in-law, Vipinchandra Acharya, Arvind Acharya, Praful Acharya, Dr. Pradip Joshi, Dr. Virbala Acharya (Patel), Meena Acharya (Thakar), Pramila Acharya (Bhatt), Kashmira Acharya (Dave) and Dr. Smita Joshi Acharya. She is also survived by friends.

Flowers will be accepted or donations in Meenaxi's memory can be made to the Parkinson's Foundation.
