Charles Walsh Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Walsh of Bay Roberts, Newfoundland, who passed away on March 13, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, George Sr. Walsh and Jane Walsh; and his siblings, Irene (Harold), Minnie, Doug, George and Joe.

He is survived by : his wife Doreen; his children, Derrick Walsh (Erin Dunne), Denise Mercer (Rick), Dianne Mercer (Byron) and Daphne Walsh; his grandchildren, Tina (Mike), Andrew (Michelle), Brittany (Curtis), Aaron (Shanda), Jamie (Jodie), Kerri (Ian), Shayne (Danielle) and Kristian (Daryn); his great grandchildren, Keeley, Tasia, Isaiah, Gibson, Theo, Patience, Isaac, Anna, Kason and Parker; his sisters-in-law, Carol, Sharon and Christine; and his pet Moo.

During these exceptionally difficult times, we at Slade's Funeral Home are exercising ways to ensure public safety during the COVID-19 pandemic.
