Wayne Cole Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on January 28, 2026, at the age of 71, Wayne Cole (Bell Island, Newfoundland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Anna Cole; and his aunts and uncles, Tina Cahill, Clara Bursey (Bill), Rose Warford, Mary Byrne (Ed), Kevin Cahill (Ann), John Cahill (Beatrice), Tom Cahill, Ken Bickford and Otto Boone.

He is survived by: his brother William Cahill; his nieces, Renee Coady and Kayla Cahill; his nephew Gregory Campbell; his sister Cara Lee Locke; his nephews, Cole and Caleb Joyce; his aunts and uncles, Theresa (Bill Curnew), Eileen Bickford, Doreen Boone, Betty Lou Cahill, Fred Cahill (Marg) and Pat Cahill Wes Warford (Barb); and his friends, Glenn Neary and Wayne.

An animal lover at heart, Wayne would have appreciated that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Bell Island Cat Rescue or the SPCA.
