She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. Hubert Vallis; her sister Bess Fudge; her nephew Timothy Cox; her siblings-in-law, Stephen Follett, Lloyd Fudge, Max Evans and Betty Vallis; her parents, Elizabeth Leights and John Henry Leights; and her parents-in-law, Aaron and Annie Vallis.
She is survived by: her children, Adrian (Jayme Taylor), Heather Vallis (Colin Manuel) and Dawn Skinner (Tyson Skinner); her grandchildren, Gwen, T. J. (Heather), Andi, Jaxson (Adrian) and Embrie (Dawn); her siblings, Anne Evans (Max), Merina Leights (Roger Piercey), Arthur (Margaret Savoury), John (Verenia), Charles (Janice), Terry (Margaret), Wayne (Patricia Savoury), Hubert (Leona), Lloyd and Michael; and her in-laws, Bruce Vallis (Cora), Rick Vallis (Diane), Ethel Baldwin (Dan), Sharon Vallis, Beverly Follett (Stephen) and Mary Vallis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the St. Thomas Anglican Church (15 NL-363, Belleoram, NL A0H1B0).
