He is survived by: his sons, Junior, Terry (Mary), Roger, Shawn and Wade Buckley (Lucretia); his grandchildren, Denise Peckford (Harold), Dwight Buckley, David Buckley, Jessica Butt (David) and Tyler Buckley (Alyssa); his great grandchildren, Logan Butt, London Butt, Tucker Buckley, Zach Peckford, Johnny Peckford, Aiden Buckley and Ava Buckley; his great great grandchild Kash Peckford; his daughter-in-law Lorraine Buckley; and his siblings, Marva Brent (Edgar), Judy Moores (Ivan), Shiela Jones (Ron) and Gerald Buckley (Linda).
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Botwood Funeral Home (147 Commonwealth Dr, Botwood, NL A0H1E0). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Jubilee Pentecostal Tabernacle (28 Fernwood Dr, Botwood, NL A0H1E0).
