He was predeceased by: his son Harvey; his parents, Fred Sheppard and Janet Sheppard; his parents-in-law, Ebenezer and Bertha Blake; his siblings, William Sheppard (Sadie), Ernest Sheppard (Fannie), Albert Sheppard, Herbert Sheppard (Edna), Kenneth Sheppard, Julia Pope (Harvey) and Annie Young (Hedley); and his sisters-in-law, Myrtle Blake, Stella Foss (Roland), Naomi Blake, Marjorie Blake, Alma Blake, Marie Blake, Carolyn Gibson, Wanda Blake and Joan Blake.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Selena; his wife Isabelle Sheppard; his son Harrison Sheppard (Mildred Delapena); his siblings-in-law, Ina, Rowena, Pansy, Margaret, Ron Blake, Isreal Blake, Wilbert Blake, Calvin Blake, Neil Blake (Barbara), Prescott Blake, Riley Blake, Rocky Blake and Edgar Blake; and his grandchildren, Jacob Sheppard and Bethany Sheppard. He is also survived by three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
