He is survived by: his wife Audrey Cooke; and his siblings, Julie Peddle (Kevin), Ellen Barnes (George), Michael Cooke (Dianese) and James Cooke (Carolyn). He is also survived by his step-children and their families; many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
