We are sad to announce that on May 18, 2025, at the age of 76, Violet Louisa Mills of Botwood, Newfoundland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Edison and Louisa Edison; and her siblings, Allen, Roy, Edward, Robert Edison and Ruby Sharron.

She is survived by: her husband Roy; her sons, Jason (Jennifer) and Trevor (Trista); her grandchildren, Jacob and Julia Mills; and her siblings, Gloria Roberts (John), Marion Russell (Ches), Bert (Vieva) and Douglas Edison (Hazel).

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hoskins Funeral Home (271 Water St, Botwood, NL A0H1E0). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Trinity United Church (17 Church Rd, Botwood, NL A0H1E0).

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to the Trinity United Church, Botwood.
