He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Seamone and Maude Seamone (Mailman); and his brothers, Bert Simpson, Reggie Simpson, Eugene Simpson, Chester Simpson and Aunt Edna Simpson (Mailman).

He is survived by: his wife Virginia (Grace); his children, Paulette (Harvey), Gary (Laura Lee) and Donna; his grandsons, Jeff (Jo-Anne), Darren, Benjamin (Jennifer) and Luke (Erin); his great grandchildren, Lauren, Kate, Adam, Elliott, Henry and Evelyn; and his friends, Linda Wile and Vincent Wile. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
