He was predeceased by: his children, Colin and Lori Ann; his parents, William Maddox and Viola Maddox; his brother Bernard Maddox Sr; and his nephew Bernard Maddox Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Bernice; his children, Mary Hagley (Marc), Ernest (Michelle) and Gerard; his grandchildren, David Best, Sarah, Nicole and Colin Maddox; and his siblings, Gloria, Harold, Gus, Aiden, William, Dave, Donald and James. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
