It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Norman Best of Buchans Junction, Newfoundland, who passed away on July 22, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Vera Jean; his son Eric; his parents, Charles Best and Sarah Best; and his siblings, Melvin, Cecil, Joan, Alma and Freeman.
He is survived by: his son Roger (Rachael); his grandchildren, Ross (Scott) and Ryan (Brittany); his great grandchild Finnegan; his pets, Maverick and Goose; and his siblings, Joyce, Kittie, Nellie, Wayne, Alex, Charles, Mabel, Annie, Linda, Charlotte and Christine. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Millertown Community Church. A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
