He was predeceased by: his wife Louise (Strurge); his parents, Walter O'Toole and Ester O'Toole; and his siblings, Annie Callahan, Joan Walsh, Walter O'Toole and James O'Toole.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bob O'Toole (Francis), Mary Barton, Helen Coady (Jim) and Lib Murphy (Ron); his sisters-in-law, Breta Sturge-King and Clara Sturge-Brown; his close friends, Anna, David Glavine, Lib, Jerome Moore and Patrick Taylor; and his niece Patricia Lane (Blair Mcniven). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Theresa's Parish in Buchans Charlie's legacy of kindness and quiet generosity will live on in all who had the privilege of knowing him.
