We announce the death of Lauretta Jane Roberts (Burgeo, Newfoundland), who passed away on September 24, 2026, at the age of 86. Lauretta Jane will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Roberts and Alice Roberts; her siblings, James, Kenneth Roy and Rhoda; her siblings-in-law, Geraldine Roberts and John Ereaut; and her great-niece Taylor MacDonald.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Kenny (Irene), Derek (Nadine), Darrell (Pam), Sandra (Frank), Linda (Max), Gail (Alanna), Wanda, Janet and Fallon; Danny, Leona and Samuel.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Lauretta's Home. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. John.
