She was predeceased by : her parents, Simeon Spencer and Annie May Spencer. She is survived by : her husband Chesley; her daughter Trudy; her son-in-law Collin; her grandson Joshua; her siblings, Dorothy, Calvin (Jeanette) and Donald; her siblings-in-law, Kevin (Ruth), Calvin (Glenda), Tom (Helen), Denise and Audrey; her parents-in-law, Elsie Burton and Calvin Burton; her siblings, Bernard, Roy and Mary; and her siblings-in-law, Sharon, Sadie and Jack (Marilyn Lushman). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.

In lieu of flowers a donation can be made in Millie's memory to the Canadian Mental Health Association.
