He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian and Stanley (Gladys); and his sister Christine. He is survived by: his sons, Dwaine (Melissa) of Acton, ON, Quinton (Gwen) of Fergus, ON, Terrence (Trudy) of Marystown, NL, Trevor of Marystown, NL and Christoper (Lindsey) of Marystown, NL; his grandchildren, Megan, Phillip, Emma, Nathan, Abby, Noah, Ariana, Shea, Hayley and Christian; and his siblings, Gladys Murphy (Cyril), Effie King (Allan) of Marystown, NL, Furlen King (Cindy) of Boat Hr, NL, Winston King (Beverly) of Burin, NL and Melvin of Marystown, NL.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Serenity Funeral Home (95 Main St, Burin Bay Arm, NL A0E 1G0). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the Anglican Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Dementia/Alzheimer society or to a charity of one's choice.
