With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Avelina Fitzpatrick (Burin, Newfoundland), who passed away on June 9, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Society The family would like to thank the staff at USM and Chancellor Park Long Term Care Facility for their care and kindness they bestowed upon our mom in the time she was in their care.
