He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Legge and Susan Legge; his siblings, Bruce Legge, Ernestine Cheeseman (Harvey) and Martha Inkpen (Don); his parents-in-law, Samuel and Rebecca Foote; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Drake, Jean Gosling (Dennis) and Ross Simmons.

He is survived by : his children, Dion Legge (Melanie) and Karla Tucker (Devin); his grandchildren, Nicolas Legge, Matthew Legge, Mark Wiscombe (Heather), Lucas Legge (Kaitlyn), Chase Tucker and Natalie Tucker; his great grandchild Charlotte Rose; his siblings, Ludwick (Rowena) and Betty Simmons; and his wife Dona Legge.

In Lieu of Flowers, donations can be made to the St. Lawrence Longterm Care Facility.
