She was predeceased by: her husband Lester Shave; her parents, Charles Scott and Evelyn Scott; her daughter Bonnie Foote; her grandson Aiden Babb; and her siblings, William Scott and Susie Nichol (Albert).
She is survived by: her children, Rick Shave (Sharron) of Calgary, AB, Judy Nickerson (Perry) of Middle Sackville, NS and Kim Shave (Howard Babb) of Kanata, ON; her son-in-law Chris Foote of Burin; her grandchildren, Tammy Nickerson, Daniel Foote, Kassi Prisnie (Joey) and Kyle Shave; and her sister-in-law Rosalita Efford of Alberta.
