She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Picco; her parents, John Butler and Isabel Butler; her parents-in-law, George and Margaret Picco; her siblings, Irene, Sue, Owen, Jack and George; and her siblings-in-law, Paul, Phillip, Wayne, James, Todd, Patrick, Ronald, Jean, Anne, Mary and Emily.

She is survived by: her children, Cindy of Burin and Jason (Siobhan) of Stittsville, ON; her grandchildren, Avery, Kaelen and McKenna; her siblings, Fran of Chicopee, MA, Kathleen of Burin, Jessie of Burin, Shirley of Marystown, Mary (Les) of Burin, William of Clarenville and Gordon of Burin; and her siblings-in-law, George (Daisy) of Torbay, Sarah of Burin, Imelda of Toronto and Angela of Mortier.

In Lillian's memory, donations may be made to a local food bank or family aid committee.
