She is survived by: her children, Karl (Irene) of St. John's, Edward Bennett of Burin, Cliff (Melissa) of Alberta and Lee Bennett of Ottawa; her grandchildren, Kristan (Ted), Kelly (Matthew), Kelsey (Kyan), Brandon (Kelsey), Owen and Bianca; her great grandchildren, Katherine and Jasper; and her sister Norah Murdock (John) of Nova Scotia.
Donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer's society.
