He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Rowe and Dorothy Rowe; his parents-in-law, John J. and Maud Senior; his siblings, Hughie Rowe and Debbie Power; his siblings-in-law, Stanley Warren and Eleanor Smith; and his granddaughter Sarah Rowe.

He is survived by: his daughter Fern (Bradley Brewer) of Edmonton, AB; his grandchildren, Megan, Clarissa Brewer, Ewan and Sean Rowe; his sister Cornelia Warren; his siblings-in-law, Joan Green Red Harbour (Gary), Kathy Rowe Fort McMurray (Paul Gunning), Michael Power and Malcolm Senior; his sibling's children, Lisa Barter, Cheryl Loughlin, Sonya Vaters, Misty Power, Rachel Green, Michael Rowe and Jeremy Green; his aunt Gouldie Hollett; his cousins, Melvie Hearn and Shane Foote (Vivian); his wife Brenda; and his son Jamie (Pamela) of Onoway, AB.. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Due to the current Covid situation, and further reflection, the family has decided not to have visitation as previously planned.
