He was predeceased by : his parents, Elizabeth Bolt and Edward Bolt; his siblings, Lucy Barnes (Randell) and Edward Bolt; his parents-in-law, John and Emily Battiste; his siblings-in-law, Joe Kearley, Deanna Battiste and Kimberley Battiste; and his niece Kimberley Cochrane.
He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth; his children, Deanna Hickey (Alvin) of Brooks, AB and Jamie Bolt (Karen) of Brooks, AB; his grandchildren, AJ, Saige and Riley; his siblings, Charles Bolt (Linda) of Gould's, Pearl Kearley and Eliza Fizzard (Samuel) of Brooks, AB; and his siblings-in-law, Cynthia Bolt of Fortune, Florence Cochrane (Jim) of Paradise, Cora Kettle (Art) and John Battiste (Sharon McCarthy).
In Willoughby's memory, in-lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Burin Peninsula Chemotherapy Unit.
