She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Mills and Fanny Mills; her husband Raymond Pearce Foster; her siblings, Mercedes, Gertie, Steward, Olive and Clifford; and her son-in-law Randolph Pardy (Earl Kelly).
She is survived by: her sisters, Annie and Lillian. She is also survived by her 20 grandchildren, 31 great‑grandchildren, and 6 great‑great‑grandchildren.
