He is survived by : his children, Matthew (Kayla) and Samantha Balsom; his grandchildren, Aidan James, Kingston and Sebastian; his siblings, Terry (Kim), Mike (Diomerys), Joann Ethridge (Michael) and Karen Hoj (Davur); and his friends, Scott and Priscilla Pike. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
