He is survived by: his children, Lori Clarke (Vernon), Lisa Colbourne (Glenn), Stephen and Ken; his grandchildren, Amanda, Amy (Garry), Ashley (Karl), Mitchell (Emily) and Holly; his great grandchildren, Michelle, Hudson, Averie and Addison; and his brother Dr. Ross Penney (late Vera).
