It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Penney of Carbonear, Newfoundland, who passed away on April 9, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carl Penney to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his wife Barbara; his son Cark (Debbie); his granddaughter Hannah; and his great grandchild Lincoln. He is survived by : his children, Peggy Penney (Irene), Connie Slade (Paul) and Roger Penney (Denise) of Huntsville, ON; his grandchildren, Michelle (Peter), Michael (Angela), Keith, Kristen (Paul), Chad, Alicia, Joshua (Kaitlyn), Kyle, Ryan and Mila; his great grandchildren, Max, Sarah, Liam, Madison, Kevin, Chloe, Lee, Colton, Nolan and Emersyn; and his great great grandchild Maxwell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Noel's Funeral Home (106 Water St, Carbonear, NL A1Y1A9). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Bethany United Church (2 Church St, Carbonear, NL A1Y1A9).

In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donation in his memory may be made to Bethany United Church, 2 Church Street, Carbonear, NL, A1Y 1A9.
