He is survived by: his wife Sarah Brockway (Smith); his son Winsor Brockway; his mother Cassie Brockway; his brother Mark Brockway (Brittany) of Corner Brook; his parents-in-law, John and Lynne Smith; his brother-in-law Stuart Smith; his nieces and nephews, Jada, Ciara Brockway, Jordan Brockway and Felix Smith; his aunts and uncles, Laurie (Tony), Patsy, Terry (Louise), Donna (Joe), Clar (Lorriane), Jerry (Lori), Marg and Ken (Artemis); his close friends, Alex (Alley), Colleen, Jeremy Colombe, Greg, Jennifer Moore, Tak Ishiwata, Sarah McDonald and Mandi Barry; and his caregivers, Charlotte, Amanda and Kayla. He is also survived by cousins, friends and co-workers.
