He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Stone and Jennie Stone; and his father-in-law Victor Piercey. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jack, Clara, Ava, Cohen, Carter and Josh; his wife Janice; his son Donnie Stone (Stacy) of Carbonear; his stepchildren, Dennis Piercey (Nicole) of Bay Roberts and Nicki (Micheal) of Sibley's Cove; his siblings, Albert Stone (Florence), William Stone and Rose-Marie; his brothers-in-law, Les Hayter and Amos Penny; his sisters, Clara Conners (William) and Eileen Penny; his siblings-in-law, Stanley Piercey (Patsy), Lawrence Piercey (Sharon), Joe Piercey (Janice), Darryl Piercey, Marcella Stone, Agatha Wilson (Roger) and Rose Marie Godley (Mike); and his mother-in-law Marjorie Piercey. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
