It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Freda E. Evely (Carbonear, Newfoundland), leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon; her son George; her parents, John Burke and Mary Burke; and her sisters, Gloria Antle (Elihu), Mary Butt (Fred), Dorothy Day (Allan) and Evely.
She is survived by: her children, Anne Shevock (late Larry), Gloria McCarthy (Brian), Theresa Smith (Calvin), Sherry Butt (Greg), Dennis and Phillip; her grandchildren, Charles (Melanie), Kevin (Lindsey), Gregory (Justine), Jonathan (Garry), Matthew (Megan), Kelsey (Gerard) and Barbara (Brandon); her great grandchildren, Jake, Kyle, Lexie, Luke, Hollie and Zander; her brother Roland Burke (Mary); and her close friend Janis Faraci. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
