He was predeceased by : his parents, Mark and Myra; his siblings, Austin and Judy; his granddaughter Katelyn; his niece Shelly; his nephew Desmond; his siblings-in-law, Vera, Venetta and Cyril; his parents-in-law, George and Cora Coish; and his pet Milo.

He is survived by : his wife Yvonne; his children, Jeff (Cora-Lynn), Tammy (Ricky), Damyn and Jennifer (Courtney); his brothers, Gerald, Dave (Myra), Don (Betty), Mark (Kathy) and Wayne (Paula); and his brothers-in-law, Derrick (Kelly) and Dennis (Grace).

As an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory can be made to the Canadian Lung Association or The Humane Society.
