He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Penney and Vivian Penney. He is survived by: his son Bruce Penney; his siblings, Hilda, Marie, Dorothy, Clayton, David, Fred and Walter; his close friend Patricia Butt; and his siblings, Aggie Hunt, Melvin Penney and Ross Penney.
