He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur and Elizabeth; his siblings, Iva Green (Eric) and Gus (Cora); his son-in-law David Rowe; his parents-in-law, Lester and Frances Slade; and his brothers-in-law, Norm Peddle, Sidney Payne and Wayne Slade.

He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his daughters, Sheryl Rowe and Jennifer Wilcox; his siblings, Dave (Marilyn), Lina Payne and Gloria Peddle (Harvey Yetman); his nieces, Kim Janes, Victoria and Krista Abajori; and his close friends, Rudy Garland and Victoria.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private visitation will take place at Noel's Funeral Home, Carbonear, followed by funeral service at Noel's Memorial Chapel, Carbonear on Tuesday, Dec. 1, by invitation only.

As an expression of sympathy, flowers gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
