It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Hogan of Carbonear, Newfoundland, who passed away on June 9, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Bernice; his parents, David Hogan and Theresa Hogan; his brother Michael Hogan; his parents-in-law, Martin and Mary Delaney; and his siblings-in-law, Gregory Delaney (Ann), Larry O'Leary and Shirley Hogan The.
He is survived by: his daughters, Joanne Hogan and Mary Shugarue (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Emily and Gregory Shugarue; his siblings, Steve Hogan, Bren Hogan (Pearl), George Hogan (Carol), Marian O'Leary, Patricia Novacek (Vic), Rosemary Hogan, Peggy Hogan and Paula Hogan; and his brother-in-law Edward Delaney (Dorothy). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
As expressions of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made in his loving memory to St. Patrick's R.C. Church Restoration Fund or the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
