She was predeceased by: her husband Cecil; her parents, John Bertram and Mary Ann Bishop; her son Lester; her son-in-law Ross Fillier; and her siblings, Ned Bishop, Gordon Bishop and Maria Mercer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Beulah Rideout (Randell), Madeline Parsons (Marven), Geraldine Churchill (John) and Leta Porter (Peter Keefe); and her daughter-in-law Barbara Porter.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 27th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Moore's Funeral Home (82 Water St, Bay Roberts, NL A0A1G0). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 28th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. Luke's Anglican Church (13 Bond St, Carbonear, NL A1Y1C4).
