He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Fahey and Lillian Fahey. He is survived by: his daughters, Nanette and Nancy (Gordon); the mother of his children Thelma; his grandchildren, Dante, Cohen, Jane and Morgan; his siblings, Sadie, Kevin (Marian) and Cecilia (Keith); his sister-in-law Rose; his siblings, Cyril, Terry (Judy) and Idella; his brother-in-law Gordon; and his nephew Paul.

In lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy, donations may be made in his loving memory to a charity of one's choice.
