He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Myrtle. He is survived by: his spouse Kandice; his siblings, Billy, Gary, Paul, Jackie and Cindy; his aunt Veronica Follett (late Walter); and his pet Kilo. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends.
