He was predeceased by: his parents, William Smith and Mildred Smith (Peddle); and his brother-in-law James Pike (Jim). He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughter Lisa (Fred) Tempel (British Columbia); his grandchildren, Anjali, Jessica and Katy; his son Keith of Clarke's Beach, NL; his stepdaughter Joanne Wells (Terry); his stepgranddaughter Jane Wells (Ontario); his stepdaughter Karol-Ann Tilley (David Brothen); his siblings-in-law, Carol Powell (Max), Juanita Pike (Gerald Slade) and Danny Pike (Glenda); and his aunt Dulcie.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM and on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Noel's Funeral Home (106 Water St, Carbonear, NL A1Y1A9). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Noel's Memorial Chapel (106 Water St, Carbonear, NL A1Y1A9).
Donations in his memory may be made to the Shriners Children Transportation Fund, 3A Masonic Ave, Carbonear NL, A1Y 1A9.
