She was predeceased by: her parents, Eli Parsons and Emma Parsons (Chesley Pennell); her sons, Lloyd and Hardy Pennell; her brothers, Arthur Parsons and Everett Parsons; her niece Dale Weste; her sister Melcie; her brother-in-law Ralph Weste; and her son-in-law Herman Angell.

She is survived by: her daughter Sylvia Angell; her daughters-in-law, Maxine and Jessie Pennell; her grandchildren, Dwayne Angell (Carla), Todd Pennell (Kim) and Amanda Pennell; and her great grandchildren, Dane Angell, Ryan Pennell (Jenna Young) and Cohen Klippenstein.

Visitation was held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the United Church. A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Mrs. Pennell's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
