He was predeceased by : his parents, Lewis Tulk and Emma Tulk; his siblings, Ross, Derrick and Wavey Gillingham; and his sister-in-law Glenda Tulk.
He is survived by : his spouse Shannon; his daughter Daniella; his grandchildren, Lily, London, Lacey, Dennis and James; his siblings, Everett (Evelyn) and Marie Gillingham (Randy); and his siblings-in-law, Brenda, Honey, Ivan and Blaine. He is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
