He was predeceased by : his parents, Bert and Minnie; his former life partner Dorothy; his brothers, Lester Curtis (Maude) and Freeman Curtis (Loretta); and his brothers-in-law, Gerald Wall, Junior Boyde and Jim Fisher.
He is survived by : his wife Jessie; his children, Dean (Linda), Deana Gorley (Andrew) and Derrick (Emma); his grandchildren, Jake, Tiffany Hann, Sara Burry-Curtis, John, Joseph and Jordan Curtis; and his great grandchild Alice.
